Yeah I made it through 3 legion raids on Wednesday, but cleaning up the last today on my GL I got kicked just before the end of Gate 2 Valtan so didn’t get the rewards, I’ll have to see if I get a re-entry ticket or not mailed to me… if I didn’t have a nice group that I enjoyed playing with I’d have bailed by now I think.

Unless I’m using my phone’s connection with it plugged in my PC I get disconnected. Well, it’s cool that I can play the game again, but it’s not thanks to AGS&friends.

Getting a generic “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game. [EAC Offline ]” message at least twice a day every day. I’ve tried everything on the troubleshooting page. I’m willing to provide any additional info. Please please escalate this. @Roxx @Mutato

I was able to play for 3 hours without any DC’s so far. I will be playing more tonight to see if any disconnections continue.
Update 2: i was able to play without any interruptions for two more hours on mari. Hopefully this stays and fixes my issues and give insight to help other players’ issues

5. 1. Game will not launch ever since July 6th Patch. Started after I decided to verify my cache in attempt to fix the random disconnects.
Launch Error(2), Launch Error(13) and Error 10011.
I have tried re-verifying cache, reinstalling game, repairing EAC, updating drivers, updating Windows, deleting the Physx file that everyone mentions, have tried running as admin and the -fullscreen method. Nothing seems to work.

I got in touch with Claro/net they said it’s not a problem on their part
so is it a problem with AMAZON or my ISP?

i was able to playfor 2 days only and now its back. I don’t know whats happening, but amazon need to fix it. I now keep disconnecting every 5-10 min

I recently updated the EAC client per the Support Instructions, and I’m still getting it.
Just had this happen again during a Guardian Raid. I managed to log back in right after they killed it, but there was no soul spawned for me to collect.
It’s pretty infrequent for me, and just seems to happen randomly every couple of days. What sucks is that it almost always seems to happen when I’m doing some kind of access-limited content, be it a Chaos Dungeon or Guardian Raid. And it usually means that I don’t get those rewards for the day.
I once had it happen during a Vykas run, but fortunately everyone waited for me to come back, so I didn’t lose my run.
This started for me with the June update. Whatever they did then is causing this, so it’d be nice if they could roll it back while they figure out what the problem is. It’s clearly not doing anything to stop bots, and is affecting a lot of legit players.
