I get the error EAC Offline or Unable to connect to the server several times during the day. I can’t even count the rewards I lost. I wrote to live chat many times and they asked me to post here. I’m here as a last resort now. I’m very close to quitting the game

I have a permanent fix, get a vpn, or change your isp. I know youre not gonna bother to do either for just a single game so here’s the actuall fix, uninstall, move on.
If the problem is really spreading towards more players they will feel the loss in their playerbase.
It’s way too late for us to even recover all the weeks of content most of us lost since it’s all way too expensive rn.
I appreciate you guys keeping up but, honestly
 It’s not gonna change much. It’s been a month (and for some even more) and all we got was “we’re working on it” and “we don’t know what’s happening lmao”
Some of us are able to play only at random times and i doubt it’s their doing. Can’t really rely on faith to keep up online in the game, right? It’s been a month a can’t do vykas, everytime i thought it was safe to do it i DC’d and my team began to shove me aside.
Treasure your time, people. Check if it’s really worth it.

I once had it happen during a Vykas run, but fortunately everyone waited for me to come back, so I didn’t lose my run.

FYI I’ve never had a problem getting an entry ticket back after getting disconnected due to this or EAC offline so long as the raid quits and not finishes. Literally 10s of entry tickets across multiple content types, gotten em all back. Hope it gives you some peace of mind.

This issue still sucks though. Have been getting this for over a month now as well.

I’ve never gotten an entry ticket for a Chaos Dungeon or Guardian Raid when I got an EAC error.

The one time I managed to log back in before they finished the Chaos Dungeon, I spawned in on the second map. It was completely empty, with no enemies or portal. Only thing I could do was play the Song of Escape.

this started precisely after the last weekly reset
I have 2k hours and this has never happened before
I’ve already tried all other means: reinstalling, checking files, vpn, etc
 nothing works
fix this or you will start losing players progressively

    5 After the last update I’m getting it fairly frequently. every 1 or 2 hours. It’s getting very annoying. No troubles with my internet as it only happens whenever I play LA. Before the last update everything was fine with no disconnects.

Think it is probably on some of the Geforce now computers are getting it, but from the looks of it, it is getting worse. But, I’m sure after months of hard work AGS/Smilegate put into fixing this issue they will ask us to post the issue on the thread again. See you guys in a month.

Yes you won’t get chaos entries back. However in my experience my guardian souls have not been consumed. All raid content though you should get your ticket back.

gonna start a daily post on this thread till issue is fixed, i will also be generous and start today as day 1, buts its already been over 3 weeks.

Edit:think im done doing daily post on this there never gonna fix it, players are quitting non stop. my guild has lost 5 members in last week. and discords all i hear is statics losing members.
