i was on group, doing valtan normal raid, when boss was on 2x life, get DC
i lost my drops, my gold, and get lock on this raid, so I would like an explanation on how I will be compensated for this, as this is the second time this has happened

In my experience you will not be compensated. This type of ticket restoration takes at a minimum of 72 hours and can take upwards for 144 hours. The only way you can persue this is with Amazon game support and not Lost Ark support since Lost Ark Support has nothing to do with EAC crashing based lost items and all Amazon Games Support can do is offer you a new ticket. This has happened to me many many times in the past and I ahve just gotten use to it. You could however log in and find a random restoration ticket in your mail next week after reset and do something weird
3 hours in a row logging in and taking DC, I lost count of how many times I took DC, what I know is that I had 3 hours to play and I lost 3 hours of my life.
And the clown here is going to put what happened so that we have the impression that someone is doing something, right?

I changed my modem and Iām not getting the issue for now. Could play all day with no issues at all. Hope it stay that way. That was the only thing that fixed my problem after I tried like 15 different things.

So this is a thread (link below) about the stuttering Iāve been having and I have been trying to fix this for a few days. I have tried so many things already and Iām now at a point where I found something else. Now I donāt get any EAC error in lost ark BUT I have found out that other games that use EAC like battlefield 2042 and hell let loose have this same type of stutter and kick me out of the game exactly 1 minute later because of an EAC policy aka EAC not being recognized/running(?)
I already tried repairing the EAC via the games folder but that doesnāt seem to work.
I donāt know the CM that has been in this thread but if someone can maybe ping for this and have a look into this that would be nice.

To any Net/Virtua Net/Claro users who might have missed my thread.
If youāve been a client of Net/Virtua prior to their merge with Claro, chances are youāre still using a very old model of the router they provided you. Iāve been having connection issues ever since Vykas update came because AGS implemented something into their network infrastructure.
Last week a thunderstorm fried my old router (6+ years old), I called them to get it replaced and now I can play the game just fine. It was an old model prior to their merge with Claro. Iām not gonna pretend as to why it that is a fix, but it is. Maybe AGS implemented something that old router models canāt do and it keeps disconnecting you, maybe it was just a huge coincidence, I donāt know.
Call Claro and have them replace your old router. You got nothing to lose at this point.

Itās been happening ever since May. I have also tried reinstalling the EAC and uninstalling/reinstalling Lost Ark. However, any of those things did not work for me.
do they care about this situation? its been a long time and many people have this issue and maybe will quit lmao
