What is this ? seriously? after EAC Offline error getting this, after re-login getting G0x9-SPEL error, cmon, it’s already couple of months after reporting and still not fixed. #MokokoEnjoyer

Hello everyone, thank you for continuing to share these reports. With the most recent updates, we’ve seen the issue clear up for some players, begin for others, and have no change for another group – definitely a frustrating situation all around. Some folks have had luck resolving this by replacing their modems with their internet providers, but we fully understand this is not a feasible option for everyone and still have engineers working on a resolution for this issue.

Was running fine yesterday (by fine, I mean disconnects every 2 hrs or so, not sure how this is even fine). Definitely only see this error pop up when server is busy.

EAC offline right as i open my guardian soul kicked me out off game did not give me my loot used my Soul up and then gave me a penalty so i cant matchmake for 10 minutes

This “solution” is still working for me, though now it seems the errors are happening with more frequency. :slight_smile:

Ok, guys
i just noticed something very interesting. My dsl router syncs and desyncs very fast and then i get the error. Talked to my isp and they told me that my router cant sync with the line but i have internet somehow. Also i ve a lots drops of my line and still somehow i ve internet

All week after update until last night and today, when I only receive Cannot connect to server [EAC Offline] about every two hours.

Today connection was impossible
 Even trying everything I mentioned before on this thread. Disconnecting everty 5-10 minutes and freezing between loading maps.

lmao 4 months and a half and still working on it.

turn off whatever you added with Vykas raid for “bot detection” that disconnect you instantly when you internet buffers. we were fine before that crap is added.

for example when this happens in other online game, I just got like 0.5 sec rubberbanding then everything normal again.

lost ask disconnects you instantly, hence these stupid errors.

I was trying to play a few minutes ago
 Got disconnect every 5 minutes from 6:45pm to 7:10pm just now

On 17.10.2022 happening first time i get the message “EAC offline” and is happening randomly every 5-10 min and is the issue is still going on today on 18.10.2022

I can’t play the game at all

    5, Happens randomly in Raids, guardians raids, chaos gate, during cubes/boss rushes,etc, i lost a TON of gold/mats/rewards because of this bullshit.

Edit: I followed every step mentioned and the problem is still persisting

  5. Issue been going on since last Wednesday, continuing this week. Getting disconnected every 5 to 10 mins. Guardians,chaos ,raids are impossible to do without dc.
    Tried connecting to my mobile phone which is using another internet provider, that did solve my problem. Dont have any dc and can play the game. But to be honest that is not permanent solution as i would prefer to use my home network which is more stable ofc.

oh hey welcome to the pack new people that are reporting this issue. we’ve been having this for months. rest assured that nothing is being done to resolve it.

your progress in this game is now flushed down the drain and you’re no longer be able to play the game without worring about dc-ing mid raid or whatever activities you are doing :smile:

Ruined, pra quem é BR e tem problema com Claro/Net (como foi meu caso) só seguir esse tutorial aqui. Lost Ark - Como resolver o erro EAC Offline e outra erros de conexÔes - YouTube um br postou isso aq na thread mas vc nao deve ter visto, resolveu meu problema na epoca e até hj uso (tem q sempre refazer o processo de tempos)
