EAC Offline still not fixed


Any new info on when you will fix the disconnections related to EAC? It’s been almost 3 months of silent treatment already so the player base would love an answer.

I’m sorry that you’re having this issue still playing Lost Ark.

Did you Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually? if you didn’t do so:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Yes, I have tried those fixes,

my post on the mega thread is 2 months old,

and I have sent dxdiag on 26th of July.

What now?

I know you had been unable to play and is very frustrating, If you sent the web ticket with the dxdiag this 26th of July, did you try to contact customer support back? we here on the forums can’t investigate an specific account because of security reasons.

I kindly ask you please send a web ticket asking for your case, adding this link to the information.

Yes, I indeed did ask for the information on the ticket. So, they had told me the ticket have been sent to the dev team and I needed to wait a couple of days for a reply. After waiting a bit, I sent a ticket regarding the report and they told me the dev team responded with:

You need to make a post on the mega thread.

As crazy as it sounds, I understood it and calmly explained my post was already there for a couple of weeks and I would enjoy some more information on the issue. Again, I had to wait a bit, and then they responded with:

Unfortunately, it’s the only information they provided.
