Hey guys 'n gals any suggestions on an actual fix/resolution on this issue? So far I’ve updated Windows, hardware drivers (graphics & literally everything else), deleted EAC, verified files & reinstalled EAC, updated/repaired Visual C++, updated/repaired DirectX, updated & added exceptions into antivirus (Avast) & firewall, power cycled router (checked to see if its firmware was up-to-date; it was), zipped a copy of the PhysXUpdateLoader64.dll file up then deleted the original file (located in Nvidia Corporation->Physx-Common per a forum suggestion, and I’ve also tried adding the -fullscreen to the launch properties all without any success of getting the game to get past the completely random errors. I truly believe I have seen every single error code now from 2, 5, 13, 17, 10011, 10013 all the way to it completely bogging down both my Steam client & Win10 task manager completely hanging then crashing but thankfully no BSOD. Good thing I already know alternate means of bringing up command prompt and Powershell to prevent damage by soft-resets & hard-boots, ugh.

The issue has been ongoing for at least 5-6 days now since right before most recent update. I had just created a new destroyer and barely leveled it through the entire beginning tutorial (skipping cutscenes) into the Prideholme town area. This happens to be the only EAC containing game I currently have issues on. And yes I have the currently up-to-date version installed in other games from other studios without issues. It’s truly awful being left in the dark to speculate about possible complications you guys could be having whether its something simple like a coding issue or an issue a bit more complex like licensing since AGS/Smilegate seem to be the only affected studio(s) and Lost Ark appears to be the only product having an EAC problem. Anyway I hope the information I provided assists in helping solve troubleshooting from your end and get Lost Ark back on track. Thank you for your time and consideration in advance.

@Eulah 10-4, I misunderstood. Will copy & re-paste info into main mega-thread. Btw I had already tried all those steps plus the ones listed in Epic Games’ troubleshooting guide prior to posting this thread and a few others–thus the details provided above.
