Ealyn rapport Ancient Elveria Bug. Character soft locked

Hi,
as reported many times (Ealyn Rapport Quest Bug , Game crashing during Ealyn's Rapport Quest - Ancient Elveria), Ealyn’s rapport quest after going to rania village and loading into ancient elveria is bugged and crashes the game. A Windows error sound happens similar to a popup error message.

I have tried verifying local files, restarting my computer and launching steam in admin mode to no avail. Can I be relocated elsewhere please? Thank you very much for your time.

This happened to me yesterday and I had to report this issue too on the forum which a mod helped relocate my char, I don’t dare to do the rapports quest anymore because I would not know if I would be locked out again.

Will any mod let us know this issue has been reported to the dev and update us that this bug will be fixed soon?

I’m so sorry, I don’t know why I thought it got fixed and jumped in again like an idiot. Could you relocate me one more time please? Sorry for the trouble.

Yes, our team is aware of this possible, unfortunately we don’t have an ETA. We’d let you know via forums or official site once we have an update.

I do believe it is best if we leave the quest on “standby” while we get a resolution.
