Hey there! I think the recent update has brought back this issue. I’m currently stuck at the rapport quest instance at Ancient Elveria and can’t do anything on my main since the game is crashing at the loading screen into that instance.

This just happened to me on 1 of my alt characters. North America east. Kharmine server. Character name Sunspice. Ran a steam file check no change so i guess i need a relocate.

I have relocated the character to a safer place for you.
Please verify the integrity of the game files on the Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access the character now.

I moved your character back to Prideholme but please before opening the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works.
Also I recommend not doing the Ealyn rapport quest until we release more information about this issue.
