For chaos you can take accs for swift and LK+SC+PS and spin to the end. Fast and braindead

Well as a DB player it does need brainpower, but that threshold comes down rapidly the more you get used to the class. But for an alternative there’s always RE which is easier and more simply to get into and it’s not even that far away from Surge after the big nerfs. Yet even with Surge once you learn bosses and how your abilities and rotation works, I’d say it’s fairly easy to execute. The problem is that you’re a hyper aggressive class who is also a glass cannon so taking hits is hard
Also wdym shitty in chaos? DB is one of the best chaos classes

OP remember to equip your wealth runes and get tripods on for the right generation skills if you go SH. I don’t want to hear about you needing CD gems because you’re stuck doing entire rotations in human form. Only do it if you are getting unlucky with tripods or something.

right now im a chadlancer main and with new pass im gonna make a scrapper, later i switch to iron man main because laser spin make pain go away

idk I got a db at 1340 (alt) and the first area is slow, if I use Z I get nothing in return once I enter the first portal.
I might just use wrong spells cuz many are high cd too, which makes the first portal even slower (first 17%)
I play all the female classes, and I feel DB is slowest in chaos
or on par with glaivier
You have to use your Z before you enter the portal or it’ll reset the state without it expiring, which is where you get the gains
Probably. I just do one Surge rotation in the first room which gives me the cooldown reductions for a clean instant clear every time until the portal appears
Probably playing with wrong abilities/rotations then. You can do clean wipes and one-shot the elite mobs all the way until the end if you just do it properly. Takes me a minute less to do the whole thing on DB than any other class
Shadowhunter is cheapest class in the game and is not hard to play with .
I already cleared all of them for the week… Please don’t tell me your counterargument is missing skills. Lol

Green barelly heals you since the rework, 65% dmg reduction with 25% max health is an effective HP loss of about 20-25% compared to other classes, so you have less survivalbility.
Using identity to heal (only 30% or so of your health) is not really an option, not only makes you “dead weight” for 30secs, cd time, but also removes your damage reduction while still being at low health…
well, i played quite a lot of berseker, before the class changes. idk how it is now.
i played both technique and mayhem. i can tell that they both where kinda the same as survivability. not big difference. a green hp potion always recovered to full. and when i was running out of potions on abys dungeons, i always went out of mayhem, and healed me over 25%, so when i went back to mayhem, had full 25% hp. I never died by doing that, other that 100% wipe mechanics.
not to speak that the mayhem is better at movement speed and evading stuff. technique is just so damn slow and unfun to play
ps: this is before the class change. idk how it is now. i main Lancemaster now.

Green pots barelly heal even blue pots dont heal to full. And going out of mayhem makes you useless for 30secs… All skills hit like a wet noodle and are way to slow to use, not to mention you still gona be under or around 50% health and without any damage reduction for that duration.
I came on here to make the exact same post as OP (I’m Paladin main and looking for an alt to make with the Punika pass).
After reading through all this, I’m going with Shadow hunter. I’m looking for a mindless, fun, high’ish DPS class… And it looks like SH would do all those things.

Shadowhunter and soon scouter. Transform classes are cheap (with gems at least engravings are another story at the moment 1415+) Shadowhunter is my main atm and I enjoy playing her though it feels bs sometimes due to the psuedoheal in their kit
I think you can play Shadowhunter with literally only 2 gems because all your damage comes from Demon Form or something so in terms of that you don’t need any gems to play it so surely that should be the “cheapest” Idk about engravings and all that stuff but I might make Shadowhunter myself while I’m also a DB main.
