EUC currently past 3 days 10 hours every day is unplayable.
Aura a subscribtion you pay real money for doesnt work.
Every 50+ lvl content is not working in MMO online game, and on top of it broken so hard that you cant even solo enter all content.
Lmao imagine leaving possitive review for such a product as a grown man.
By this mans logic, 100% all negative reviews on steam are childish and only possitive ones should exist

Imagine buying a car, that looks nice but wont function 12 hours every day. and you need to wait 5hours to open the door.
And then when you drive somewhere there is 90% chance that it will refuse you entry. so you have to wait there.
Oh and those features you paid for are also disabled. but its ok because the company is investigating the issues

speaking about a stupid useless topic being stupid and useless is not whiteknighting… it is saying the truth. Game already get over 100 000 review… if we can avoid a flood of topic “i did post bad review” it would be fine…
there are other topic to “make noise” and better topic to create than “i did review on steam” …

imagine leaving negative reviews on a good game purely cause of ‘amazon’ when the game itself was developed by smilegate and amazon had 0 part in the development and all amazon is doing is publishing it which pretty much means they advertise the game and the deal with microtransaction bullshit.
the servers issues and microtransaction related issues is totally to blame on them but that has nothing to do with the actual game itself which ur shitting on for no reason

in case you didnt notice, in euc you cant even play the game bcs nothing is working, from solo dungeons to abyss to guardians, everything is broken. To top this out, the PREMIUM currency i pay money for, is not working, quality game
lol who cares about steam reviews.
2 of my fav games got “mostly negative” reviews.
The day I care about what other people think, is… Never !

what is this logic. Game features may be good, but game is not good when you cant play it or 90% of the ‘good’ smailgate content.
So if i buy a concert ticket from a good artist with good songs, but when i get there i get abused by the concert organizer who missmanaged everything i cant leave bad review of the event i paid for?

If you say “good game, but due to bad server management, can’t play so… shitty” it is quite a good review of the situation for european servers : excellent game, but unable to play.
Also for this you can do later review (because game evolve in good /bad) and steam show the general review and the recent review

He’s venting. And he’s all right about it. No need to explicitly say the servers are bad and the game is good, because we’re actually not being able to play at all. Aura, market, dungeons, queue. At this moment everything that matters is fucked up. Yet you have a problem with someone stating the facts about not being able to play for hours and days like they want to. I also made a negative steam review and I stated why within. Does it matter? Not in my opinion, but it’s legitimate to do so, and even without giving a cause. You’re white knighting, just because you’re annoyed for whatever reason. Are you getting paid? The thing is that games shouldnt evolve when released to the customers. They should be in a state that makes them eligible to release. Customers aren’t supposed to be beta testers. Is daily maintenance and a queue that uses 150W something you like to play? You can also fire up a heater if you’re being cold.

Good for you, probably. Most of people don’t read reviews on steam.
People don’t but companies do. They have a reputation to lose. After the New World server desaster it’s AGS next biggest fuck up. Which game studio would want to deal with a negative reputation like that if they’re good business people.
I love Lost Ark, but you guys obviously have every right to complain and make threads like this given the problems over there in the EU.
Ignore the responses from self-centered NA players chastising all of you. Classic case of white knighting, which there’s a lot of on these forums. One guy even threw a complete temper tantrum because I humiliated him in an argument and started calling me p*do and sht and tryina send threats.
Never seen a greater meltdown in my life, or a bigger joke than the blind defenders on this forum. Hot take… but it’s okay to both like the game, and agree with valid criticism/sympathize with those who are complaining. They’ve admittedly botched their EU launch so hard that they needed a completely new datacenter on day 1.
