Email with items that went missing and were not returned

Hello everything is fine?

On the day of the artist’s release, me and a friend of mine, we were excited about its release, and we performed some live that day, my friend was without energy on his island to create Ohera, and to be able to level up his artist, he sent his stuff for me to create ohera in its place, after i sent it back he was unable to accept the email i sent him, and when he hit “return” the email was not returned.

I understand you send material to your friend in order to craft Ohera in his place, and when the crafted item was mailed back he, wasn’t able to claim it, and it seem to be lost. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
