Like other posts, I can’t get arthetine hidden story: end of his obsession.
I’ve interacted wtih #1 (located in nebelhorn) and the time limit buff doesn’t show up.
I’ve also tried searching for #2 in the dungeon just in case, but nothing shows up.
I’ve also tried it out after maintenances (since I’ve passed by posts saying that they could do it after maintenance), but no luck.
