Amazon and Smilegate know exactly what they are doing. They are allowing bots to boost player numbers for better marketing and profits. They dont care about the health of the game in NA, it’s all for profits. The game is being promoted in China and probably going to be published there soon, so they need the bigger player counts to boost this marketing. I feel bad for the CM’s that have to cover for these companies that only care about profits.
It’s the too obvious option, but it’s way too late to enforce without ending up perma banning a bunch of “players”.
They should’ve done this months ago…
AGS is screwed on this because of how lax of a precedent they set with those “3 day” bans

This is literally the only way. You cant ban all the bots, its impossible. You HAVE to perma for RMT’ing @Roxx @Shadow_Fox

The problem with that is its to little to late… a lot players that are left currently still playing the game are RMT players, starting to perma ban them now will bring the numbers so low there will only be bots left.
It’s never too late…
them leaving the situation as is, is actually the worst thing they can do and they seem to be okay with it.

They don’t even have to ban retroactively. If they start doing it as of now word would quickly spread through those communities and bots would begin to disappear.
Which is ok since they are not putting any money into the game by rmt’ing…

Why else are they not enforcing it, rather talk nonsense all day and repeat the same methods, that are not working, again and again?
Permaban for RMT leads to less customers for Gold Sellers. Which then leads to bots being taken down by the botting companies, as they are generating enough profits, as their demand goes down.
It is really simple.
Also, AGs seems to think they are a kingdom. “A kingdom ruled through fear is a not a kingdom worth ruling.” Yet, a kingdom is being ruled through laws (Terms of Service/Code of Conduct), which they are not enforcing. RMT is a violation of those laws. Bring in the lawmaker and have them do their job.
