My entire party crashed during Vykas G1 and nobody could log in back to his charachter. After around 5 min we all loged back in and saw lost Vakas entry. This crash had to be caused by server issues, otherwise 8 people wouldnt crash simulaniously. Its have been over 24h and nobody got their restoration ticket. This happend on friday, around 18:00 CEST.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with you and your party’s Vykas run, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A key point I wish to highlight and very important in this case:
- The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
