I am in NA East - Galatur server.

I was in Valtan normal Gate 2 and got disconnected (Server Shut Down) because of Server Maintenance earlier. After the Raid got shut down, my character was stuck and I couldn’t log in. And now that I have logged in, I cannot re-enter Valtan because it says “Weekly entry count exceeded”.
Two of my friends from the same Server also have the same issue:

I’m very sorry to hear about this disconnections during Valtan and Argos.
We understand that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket on your game mail and it could take up to 24 hours.

Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on your side, so please be aware of this too.

I really hope my static and I can get this restoration ticket within 8 hours so we can still raid tonight… Especially with all the Mari server issues this past day

Me and my party members have the same problem too, we was in the middle of the gate 2 in Valtan and get disconnected, it was 05/19 5 am UTC.
