Hi, i got dc’ed mid a valtan run. I got back in after a few minutes, was removed from the group (understand why), but when i log back in it says “entry count exceeded” although it clearly says i have 2 entries remaining. This has to be a bug right ?

I apologize you are having issues with the Entry count exceeded even if you see there it said you have 2 times remaining.
Please try this steps to make sure is not a visual Bug:
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
After this, if the problem persists, we will need some personal information from your account. You can contact our customer service live chat so that we can help you report this problem with a ticket so that our developers can work on solving it.

Issue: Me, my guildmates, were running Normal mode Valtan on May 21, 2022 Saturday at 10:00 PM. It was the day when the game had a maintenance at 12:00AM for couple hours. Our party cleared the first gate at 10:30PM, went to second gate and kept contiuning to try to clear until 11:59PM our client got disconnected. Next day, our whole party grouped up again to clear second gate, and figured out that our entry count was lost. So basically on our UI it says that the Legion raid (Valtan) was cleared. But when we went to the legion raid board, it said that only first gate was cleared, not the second one. As I acknowledge, Valtan is suppose to have a checkpoint system where you can clear first gate and come back to second gate at any other time with even diferernt party memebers. I am posting a screenshot of our whole party not being able to go in saying that our entry count was exceeded. I got only first gate rewards and without the second gate reward, as we all know I pretty much wasted the whole first week. I want to receive a re-entry ticket to solve this problem. Been talking to about 10 different Amazon Gaming agents and figured that is hasn’t been solved yet.
