Hello so i Do believe this topic is a rather common issue thus i wanted to see What peoples experience was. My friends pc crashed during vykas hm g1 and came back to the boss being dead. He could However not proceed with the raid Because his entry ticket had Been used up. Upon contacting support they informera him they dont refund for loss of ticket unrelated to a direct server issue. He cant Do any of the Gates and support basically just told him to move on and they dont care. Did anyone find a possible solution for this as it quite blatantly screams of negligence and incompetence and reeks of unfairness. The players Do infact deserve better help.

Unfortunately the auto-system is the only one that can provide the entry ticket, and it need to confirm verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
