Already get an replay from appeal: no info about the why - but got the info that they ācheckedā it and confirm the ban which will be permanent (but it felt like an auto mail, cause they didnāt even answer one of my questions ā¦

Do you guys even realize that there is like 100 posts about this issue on the forums? Iāve been trying to troubleshoot this topic for a full week now with the help of CMs and support.
Other people have been struggling with the same issue, all given different answers by both the CM team and by AGS supportā¦
Just, please, for the love of god just ā10010ā on in the forum searchbar to confirm what Iām saying and read for 10 minutes. Is it above everybodyās paygrade to do things like that?
Also, why are not all the people with this issue linked to a megathread with all the troubleshooting thatās going on so that we can just link people to a place where they can go through all the initial steps that were tried and a plase that all of us can follow for latest status?
This is either the CMs not you not talking to eachother at all, chaos overflowing from behind the scenes on how tickets are handled internally or AGS trying to hide the fact that VPN blocking messed up a portion of the normal, non VPN using playerbase.

I linked a few posts here described how many people are affected and so on. No words to this.
100s if people have the same problem but AGS gives a shit, blocking and banning people who never did something wrong.
Like I already said, I donāt think we get back the ACCās - would be too much work I think ā¦

There are a lot of people like that.
1.None of the suggestions you or the other CMās suggest work.
2.We do not use a VPN prior or after the patch.
3.We only had 10010 error after the patch.
4.One or two days after the patch we get banned/region blocked/ISP blacklisted ?
If been in the MMO genre for 15 years now and this is a first. Please pass on the issue to whoever is responsible for this patch and hopefully revert this disaster, thank you.

I believe I know why we got banned (just my 2 cents no proof) btw Iām a network IT guy professionally (itās my Job):
We all have that error and try the things that are told here from the CMās. One solution from them, is to download the tool from 1.1.1.1, activate it and try to connect to the game again ;which doesnāt help). Short time after we also get the ban message.
But now the struggle begins: the tool from 1.1.1.1 is nothing else than a VPN toolā:joy:. So maybe we all get banned because of āusingā VPN
So AGS ToS says: no VPN - and they bring a patch which is Buggy (or from my technical perspective totally useless because you canāt BAN a VPN service itself - only IP ranges from for example known VPN tools) - CMās also say: VPN is Bad - donāt use it! But CMās Solution is -badums- a VPN Tool They just donāt know what they are doing ⦠@Eulah
Because a lot of people donāt believe me 1.1.1.1 tool aka Warp isnāt a VPN Tool (only DNS Service) I will give you the proof:
Building a tunnel from my home PC to a Cloudflare datacenter, to than access the āwebsite or serviceā you want to from there is nothing else than : right = VPN.
Warp combines the older DNS service they offer since a long time with a VPN ā¦
Iāve had this exact problem and dunno how to fix it⦠never used a vpn and was fine playing ark until the patch then i auto got 10010 auth error and havent been able to get rid of it⦠iāve messaged support multiple times only to be met with the same copy paste āwe have put blockers in place blah blah blahā like they dont even read my message.
HOW DO WE FIX THIS. is it my internet provider being the problem? am i banned? i dont even know all i do know is that i have no vpnās and still get the auth error⦠even when i hotspot my PC with my phone i get this auth error. what has happened?
Thank you for taking your time to reply. I was able to play from home this weekend, which means that my account was not banned at all. On the other hand, I travel a lot because of my line of work, and since it looks like itās usual for hotels to have some kind of network security that might be identified by your system as some kind of VPN - which happened that day - unless this technology is improved, it looks like me and many other players wonāt be able to enjoy Lost Ark, at least not as much as we want. Unfortunatelyā¦
I hope you guys escalate this to your dev team, since it seems like a common problem, so that maybe theyāll take some measures about it. Thank you again.
Well one of my best friends is having the same issue and it has been over 4 days that he canāt log his account , there isnāt a support able to help him or give us some decent feedback . I was truly expecting more from a company like Amazon . As it seems there is a lot of people with the same issue and the company lacks in support for players . Thatās unbelievable⦠Please do something asap so many people getting a ban for absolutely nothing. Itās a huge disappointment with Amazon .
