Error 10010 from a month (Tried everything)

I’m trying to play this game from almost a month.
I always get the error 10010, i’ve never been able to log in in this game, i tried to verify integrity on steam, i tried different networks, i tried to unlink and relink amazon games/steam accounts, i tried all ip actions via command prompt, I tried to disable IPv6, i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, i tried any solution mentioned here on forum or reddit including waiting almost a month.
I keep getting the error 10010.

PS: I created a ticked and i didn’t get any confirmation via mail and can’t find a way to check the ticket status, needless to say i didn’t get any reply.

In this case since you already tried all the troubleshooting and it’s still not working we need to wait for the ticket to be resolved. You mentioned that you haven’t heard back from your ticket, please contact our live support via chat for them to check the status and if needed escalate the case.

Thank you, yeah i checked if i had any Kaspersky service running but there’s nothing like this on my laptop.
How can i get in touch with Live support? Only option i see in the support page is to open a web ticket.

When you click on the link and get to the page, scroll down to where it says “Need more help”, click there, it will ask you for your issue and it should give you the option to contact via chat or open a ticket. If you don’t see the option, it may be due to the option, click on “Something else” and that should provide the following:
