Error 10010 Server authentication failed, please help

Since the last update I’ve received error message 10010. It says that it might be due to a VPN, but I’ve never used a VPN on my device. If you check my account there is nothing suspicious, I’m just a casual player. I play on Azena with my character Sigila.

The team is aware that right now some player are receiving this error. They are working on it to have a issue fixed.

this issue is been with me for 2 days now cant play i did alot of things to try to fix it and i talked to live chat people you really should just make a update or something around this issue please help all of the players out we love lost ark

I’ve had 10010 twice and it fixed it both times

Quick question from the devs working on the 10010 error: After you click the OK button, the game should close. If you re-open the the game, do they still see the error?

And then, check that the clock is up to date and it’s not ahead or behind.

Clicking “Ok” on the error message closes the game, but before doing that it will show the CVAA screen (which I have already confirmed after the April Update):

“Added a new CVAA feature to help visually impaired users navigate Lost Ark. A new menu will be shown asking if players want to enable this feature before reaching the server selection screen. All players will see this at least once after the update releases.”

Ingame Clock matches my local machine Clock. I am UTC+1, EU Central Region, Server Thirain.
