It worked just restart the game til you get Queue it’s the only thing you can do for now i got 18611 in queue now xD so waiting time .

Exactly the same issue! Had a server queue of over 28k at 12/1pm now all I get is this error…
The game is f2p, you only payed for the founder pack, not for the game itself
and then you’ll get this
We paid for a headstart and the founders pack one of which has been, mostly unusable.

Error 10027 Boss beaten, now I got the “An error has occured. Exiting the game” Boss to beat to finally fight the 25k queue for over 6 hours.

So you are telling me I buy a service(headstart) from them, they are not able to deliver such service due to poor server status and that is perfectly fine and my fault for spending my money? what are you 14yo?

It is a f… my girlfrind on the same network can log in… but i get the error 10027 as all you others?
Amazon take your self together and make you thinks work… 
Am I the only one who is having issues with this game, rebooting it 6 times ish. Then having a chance to connect to a server. Once I connect the please wait symbol starts spinning. Then I get booted out and have to redo the whole process once more. This game takes more patcience to even get through to a tutorial then deciding what to build in PoE and it is just as frustrating…
im obviously old enough to understand the purchase. You bought, they delivered, simple as that. The servers during the headstart where playable, i played them myself

I have been trying for 2 hours. Same fucking error. Stupid game takes at least 1-2 minutes to launch even on a high-end PC with a freakishly fast SSD.
well guess im fked… i clicked the central EU server and changed the region to test something out and now im getting this error… i cant move back to NA East

Well, I’m not familiar with the Lost Ark servers, no idea how exactly they work. It’s just insane that it’s been like this for days now. Are the number of players per server limited? And why do they not simply add more servers with this rush? In the end, some of the players are also customers who leave money in the store, not all, but a few. That’s worth it with the rush + binds players to the game.
I guess they´re trying to make this work, i´m just trying to get some background knowlege 
If you got Amazon Prime can you skip the queue? Lmao This is getting out of control, in top of the fact that it takes a while for the game to launch, and it doesn’t have a retry or refresh button, it straight off shuts itself down.
Really whish that was the case and not wait through 12k queues
