I have the same issue. It is just awful how dumb AGS is reacting to the failed New World release with Lost Ark.
EU Servers are overpopulated and instead of installing new servers they are blocking access to already released servers…

I’m also having the same problem error 10027 restarted the game 15 times and nothing, same error everytime EU servers
After several attemps, i passed the error 10027. If you get the error, try to reconnect and reconnect. Now i am on the queue…number 17231. Thanks Amazon

I have the same problem can’t enter even after several restarts curently verifing files maybe it does something ( some minutes after nothing hapend after verified files), still got that 10027 error.
same on Antares(EU)… i lost my crystalline aura to a bug, support told me to verify the steam data and now i cant even get into queue… last time i listened to their support…

It worked just restart the game til you get Queue it’s the only thing you can do for now i got 18611 in queue now xD so waiting time .
