an update or official statement on what is being done or eta on when it might be fixed would be good 
keep going strong and find a solution 
I’ve cued for 4 hours today (on a monday afternoon) just to be kicked out of the cue/game and be greeted with “We’re sorry. Cannot connect to server due to heavy traffic. [10027]” - And even if I find 1000+ people wioth the same issue, I can’t see anything from dev side. This is just not acceptable, please get some competent people on and fix this mess! I’ve spent more time in cue than i have ingame. EU/ASTA

Amazon games …dais asco … el segundo juego que compro de vosotros y pasa lo mismo con los servidores … el New World igual a este no sive para nada por culpa de los servidores…la empresa con mas dinero en el mundo no puede pagar unos buenos servidores para mantener un juego

Same here. I’m really angry with all this problems. It’s imposible to play. Hours and hours in queue. Now it’s even imposible to be in queue…
Imagine in 2022 cant fix a game or servers , in 2022 … Amazon games the future guys !

And #8 bei @Roxx doesn’t gives us important internal information. Only that dev’s are working on … on what are they working? Expanding servers which will maybe not used or overflodded to?
Sorry, but the only and correct way is to increase the capacity of the current server and if Amazon is against it hit there asses and force them todo it as they have definitly enough ressources, tbh.
I doubt that it is purely on amazon here (as much as I generally dislike the company itself but this is another story). It is not as easy as many people think to “increase the capacity”. It depends very much on the structure. And do not at all forget that Amazon is only the publisher here. So this is on Smilegate.

Can you explain why the friday joiners could join into old servers, when it was said they will be locked? its insane…some people work and when they come home they either cant join even into queue and when they do they wait in 20k queue…
I think it’s great that the developers are trying to solve the problem. It is the least.
But what does the company intend to do with those who bet on the game and spent the money on one of the founder’s packs, and now they can enjoy what they paid for?

i understand this but that is not acceptable. Seems streamers have no issue getting into the “busy” servers and have been playing since prelaunch no problem. I have now lost 3 days of aura for this being I have not been able to log in at all. Why can we not have an opportunity to try other servers? why does the game auto close when our selected server is full? What sucks is I actually purchased a founders pack too.
