Error 105 on all my characters since Vykas patch, still not resolve after too much months

So since Vykas patch my characters are still unavailable, i tried many times to apply on the support, i tried everything they told me to do, EAS is not reponsding even after 10 tickets. Don’t tell me to put the game borderless or some randoms tips like that just do something about it like any other video games company! When are you going to care about your players and do something about all the bugs and things happening in your game? I spend 500Euros and more than 1k2 hours in this account and without any reason i can’t access to my characters since several months. Do something!!!

Please let me know which steps had you tried so far to try to resolve this problem on your end.
Additionally follow this troubleshooting steps to help you to fix this issue :

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Close Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Check the game files on Steam
  5. Open Lost Ark.

You don’t understand, i already tried everything like that, i tried to uninstall reinstall the game, the problem persist on every computer im trying to use and even if i use geforcenow. The only solution to my problem is that you do something yourself. I already tried everything and nothing works!

The problem is not coming from my computer or any other files or something like that. It’s link to my account no matter which computer im using. I can’t do anything you are the only one who can do something. Like moving my characters to another account or remove yourself the bug while contacting EAC (because they don’t answer to all my tickets !)

I already talk to your support during more than 4hours and nothing happend, you just don’t care about what happend to your players and you don’t even want them to play it. At least refund me for all the money i spend in this account that is unavailable without any reason. Or that’s just steal.

And unfortunately we don’t a way to refund you for the purchases you made since all games developed and/or published by Amazon Games and purchased from Amazon are non-returnable and non-refundable.

I highly recommend you to contact the support team to report the issue on a ticket provide the details of your account for them be able to help you with this issue.

I already send tickets and your team told me they coudn’t do anything cause its trouble by EAC but that’s not my problem. The problem is that my account is still unavailable and that i want it back. That’s all. I already did the EAC issues and nothing works. Im gonna appeal to a ban but as it’s not a ban why shoud i do that? That’s makes no sense.

This is the response about my ban appeal. I already tried every steps as i said but you’re not listening too, i already tried the step you put in comments but it doesn’t works. I can’t do anything about my problems personnally, you are the only one who can do something by moving my characters or idk! I repeat for the 10th time! You said you tried in more than one PC can you say what are their specs?

CPU
GPU
Memory
Windows version and update

Also are you running any software that would deny the game access to a folder or have you done any modifications to your folders permissions that could make so that the game wouldn’t have access to a file/folder?

Have you the same issue when you create a whole new character? Region change if possible and try it too ?
sounds really dumb now: Create a new steam account and try it. i Know thats not resolve your main problem.

Can you write down all the stuff that you already done to try to solve that issue?
would help for other people and maybe you get some help.

Im playing on geforcenow usually so i didnt make a single change to any folders, EAC triggers the error while detecting something i didn’t do. Nothing relate about specs, windows version or any other software. The problem is linked to the account not to the computer

Is the game officially supported on Geforcenow?
If not there is your answer. Being a cloud service there is a good chance that it will not play well with the game anti-cheat.
Try running the game on your hardware instead of a cloud service.

Also try what Zerc suggested. Make a new Steam account and see if you will be able to access the game servers on it.
If you get the same error the problem is 100% on the Geforcenow side.

Yes its officially support on geforce. Yes i already tried on steam without geforce and yes the bug still happens. If i create a new account everything works perfectly even on geforcenow so as i said earlier and i repeat 10 time more on the Amzon support the problem is only linked to my account. Nothing more, nothing less.
