I keep on getting the error “An error has occurred, exiting game” whenever i try to get on rohendel server but it doesn’t happen on any other server in any other region
I tried restarting my network (since there was a mass internet outage lately)
Flushing DNS
Uninstalling and reinstalling steam and lost ark
Restarting my pc
Updating drivers
etc…
Nothing really works lmao help

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to access Rohendel in Lost Ark. When you get that specific error the most of times is fixed after a couple hours. You can also check the connectivity troubleshot steps.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
