I am actually getting this when I abort the queue. The problem is that my queue simply freezes after a couple jumps. I then click the abort button, the message pops up and the client closes.

I can’t get into the game at all except for early in the morning when there is no queue at all.

Disabled Adguard, Lost Ark is in the list of allowed apps in the firewall, disabled firewall. Nothing helped at all. Currently trying to verify files via steam.

Same problem here queque freezes and queque from the begining after reset the game I cant play in all day any solutions ?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having the same issue.

For this error, we are recommending these steps:

  1. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

  2. Update your video and windows drivers.

  3. Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  4. Troubleshoot the Firewall:

  1. Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  2. Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
  3. Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
  • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
  • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Talked to a specialist at AGS via chat. He said it’s a known issue on the server side, yet sent me some troubleshooting steps. Of course, none of which helped.

Day two of the three day head start and I haven’t spent a single second in the game. Very unhappy customer, well I should have known better coming from New World.

My only option now is to start on one of the newer servers, leaving all my friends on Asta and hoping there will be no queue when launch hits on friday. Otherwise I am screwed again.

Same problem today … ffs I understant queques but queque 1h and queque freeze is a fuking joke 2 day and I cant play in all day because this

Reporting back with some news. I just connected my phone to my PC and use it as a hotspot. So far I am still in the queue without dropping out, the queue going down slowly, no freeze.

So basically it comes down to either my router or my provider causing trouble. I doubt it’s the router though as other games (even New World) have been running fine. My provider in Germany is T-Online.

One main difference between using the phone and a router is that there should be no firewall on the phone. Does Lost Ark require any specific ports to be forwarded?

Update: I did not disconnect for a while now. I disabled all firewall-types completely and also disalbled every windows defender protection feature.

I did integrity and it worked for me

Did integrity, installed EAC from the game folder’s files, turned off firewall, put my computer on DMZ settings from router: have now been in queue for 6 hours, seems promising, only 400ish left. B4 I got the error in about an hour or two.

To quote some amazon post: “Expanding server capacity is not a solution”

  • edit: got in through queue for the first time since launch after doing these, dunno if just gigalucky or what.

Stop give people useless generic info like “repair the game installation”, “Delete WTF folder (Blizzard eternal excuse lol)” or Firewall/antivirus shit… People nowadays know it’s a server side issue not a software problem from Windows Vista 15 years ago…

got this lovely error after 6 hours of waiting in 15k queue, where it froze on 4213 position after last hour. Thank you. worked ok with shorter queues previous days

Same problem here today all day =[ (Tried everything that was suggested in this thread and nothing)

Same here, experienced it twice. Impossible to play, zero value out of the three day headstart - and changing servers is a no go, every EU server is currently full.
