Update: I did not disconnect for a while now. I disabled all firewall-types completely and also disalbled every windows defender protection feature.

Did integrity, installed EAC from the game folder’s files, turned off firewall, put my computer on DMZ settings from router: have now been in queue for 6 hours, seems promising, only 400ish left. B4 I got the error in about an hour or two.

To quote some amazon post: “Expanding server capacity is not a solution”

Stop give people useless generic info like “repair the game installation”, “Delete WTF folder (Blizzard eternal excuse lol)” or Firewall/antivirus shit… People nowadays know it’s a server side issue not a software problem from Windows Vista 15 years ago…

got this lovely error after 6 hours of waiting in 15k queue, where it froze on 4213 position after last hour. Thank you. worked ok with shorter queues previous days

Same here, experienced it twice. Impossible to play, zero value out of the three day headstart - and changing servers is a no go, every EU server is currently full.

I tried to enter in the server where my friends were playing in the early access and where I was playing yesterday night, and today when the queues are increasing so high this error showed all times and the queue kept frozen after 30 minutes of waiting (the error showed after 1 hour of waiting since the frozen).

Some help?

same to me, all day the same, they dont fix it, and they dont response no one xd

I have contacted live chat and they have spoke to technical support and gave me a reference number. I will let you guys know when I hear more about the issue.

I have started a new issue around the general disconnection issues. Please share your information in order to help them investigate.

Luckily i got in with no queue today but i know people are still getting this issue!

No, this is still an issue. I just dropped from 3k to 22k place in the queue… :unamused:

I actually doubt that maintenance will ever fix this. If this is really related to someone’s location and/or ISP then they will probably have to check with the ISPs and their routing. Maybe there’s a internet node used which is simply not prepared for the traffic generated by this game’s release or whatever.

Are you f’ing kidding me!!! I also get this error now for the first time while I’ve been playing since tuesday! From 10k to 380 (!!) and stuck

In a different thread they tell us to do the basic fix like steam integrity followed by saying “If you have more questions please let us know.” which works for absolutely nobody in the thread, so he closes the thread, gg amazon support

Please post your details (ISP, location) here maybe we can see a pattern that helps them to sort out this problem.
