please explain what you mean by use DNS like quad9

when i talked with the spanish service they send me one thing to solve this problem:

  1. Download this https://1.1.1.1
  2. Turn it on
  3. Run the game

I have had this connection drop approximately every 30ish mins at first I thought it was my end but every guild member in my guild is experiencing this issue yet from what I can tell there is as of yet an acknowledgement there is a problem.

any CM.s/Gm’s wanna give us a update on why?

it has happened going into dungeons , changing map areas, speaking to npc’s, after interacting with just about anything at this point has led to [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT] error code

and i certainly have no intention of using a random download on the forum that gives no info at all as to what it is

Thought it may be linked to videos or something, but nope. Just simply questing and booted with the error again. “Cannot connect to server. Exiting game.” I love this game, however seems the game doesn’t want me to play it >.<

Like, come, the hell, on… This is getting insane, booted from within the game, booted at server selection… I actually want to play the game, would rather play than not. I also wanted to believe that AGS wouldn’t drop the ball on this like all the other games…

Sure, AGS doesn’t mess with the game itself that is on Smilegate, but AGS is handling the servers, the one thing you guys are responsible for >.< “Cannot connect to server” (AGS). “Exiting (Smilegate’s) game.”

There are so many people dealing with this issue. The game itself is amazing, the reviews were 95% positive, now it is mixed and it is mainly due to server issues. There is a sprinkle of stupid non-sense in those reviews, but the majority of them are about AGS and their servers. The thing we can’t seem to hold a connection to or connect to at all.

Again, this is not just EU, it is plaguing NA as well… I’ll try to play again in a few hours. Highly doubt AGS will have this solved by then, but I can be hopeful.

I am begging you all, that you don’t kill off an amazing game that has been handed to you on a diamond platter.

4 times just this morning and i was doing allsorts from killing to cutscenes i just screenshot them now for giggles also the timestamp in the top left … 2 different servers also but both EU and i know u put a tweet out about more problems with stability AFTER a maintenance and are going to address it later tonight but this is just getting dumb now the game works fine over in korea / russia yet here u have problems … they gave u a game at least have the dam servers to let us (some of us PAYING / paid customers) play on please.

This is a server side problem, and many of us got the problem where Que “freeze” , if you relog you get into it again, but from the start …

i get both the GO and WO errors both ingame too not had a queue yet and if i did i wouldnt bother sitting around in it cba wasting my precious time in one of them when i have plenty of other games that i can enjoy right now.

I’m getting this error ingame, as well as GOx9-SPELFWF1F2NT error when i get dcd every abyssal dungeon i try to do…

having same problem. started today was working fine the past week i get both error GOx9-SPELFWF1F2NT and the [W0x3-SPELPWN1N2NT]. i get into the game fine but 1-2 min later i get the error by me just standing still

Any solutions for this? the error still on my queue…

I found a budget solution that was hard to do but that worked for me. For it to work you need to keep watching the queue up until the moment it gets stuck, the very moment you realize it got stuck you restart the game and queue up again, if done fast enough you can keep your spot on queue. But, yes, this error sucks.

This is how you should stop those gold spammers, not your actual players.

I confirm. I had the same experience with the queue. It’s just very difficult to see the moment - worst case scenario, if you’ve waited too long, you’ll lose your position.

and again, i waited 3 hours in que to get this message (again) and i jump back to 9800 in que !!! every step u describe on the top of this tread i already done.

I have played Lost Ark for more than 100 hours, and I have been in a queue sometimes. Now I am getting this error even before getting into a queue. Did all the checks mentioned above, did not help.

Don’t hold your breath on this part. Been waiting for well over a week or two for a response, or any sort of update via forums/Reddit/twitter about this issue. Got nothing at all from any of the above.

There are a lot of speculation of the problem, with most thinking it is a server overload problem.

I’m hoping the issue will be solved with server transfers, not here is a “restart package.” No one is wanting to restart a main that they have over 200 hours of work put into it… On top of all the money they put into Mari’s shop for upgrade mats.

Furthermore, why Smilegate and AGS wouldn’t want to put that as an option. That would increase revenue “HEAVILY” for NA region. Granted, what company would want to increase profits, right?

If I’m not mistaking server transfers were recently released in Korea, so the work has already been done.

I already gave up. While it’s working fine using a VPN, official statement is “VPN is against TOS and could result in a ban”. They might not ban for that reason but anyways, they don’t have a solution for the issue as well other than “once servers stabilize” so it looks like they just gonna sit this one out.
