The past few days I’ve been getting these two errors in 5-10 minute intervals. Both errors usually show up when in the game or when loading into the game. Sometimes it can go for an hour or longer without the error showing up but then it resumes kicking me out every couple of minutes.
I’ve spent a long time in the forums looking at solutions such as;
-Validating files
-Repairing EAC
-Restarting Modem/router
-Changing DNS
-Updating Graphic/Network drivers
Anything really I could find on the forums that offered solutions. I’m curious about both of these errors if they are both client or server-side issues, or maybe even something out of my own control. I’m also wondering how common this issue is for other players. I’m just trying to find more information about this and hopefully a fix/solution I haven’t attempted so I can try to log in. It’s been quite frustrating because I don’t really know when it’ll happen until let’s say I’m doing chaos/guardian and I get booted (Rip my rewards).
Otherwise like mentioned before if anyone else Is having this issue or if there are any new fixes I can try/new information about this error if anyone could let me know. Thanks!

Can you tell me if you have tried any sort of troubleshooting for this issue? Also, how often do you get this error? I recommend you to try creating a private network, this solution has been helping some players solve this issue. To do this, follow these steps:
I tried using Clouflare, the application you like and I am also not able to log into the game now because of “Code Of Conduct” Otherwise I have tried troubleshooting with no success, I’ll put in a ticket. This needs to be fixed!
I used this 1.1.1.1 and now i can get in the game, but why is my game not working as it has always done? What can be causing that my game doesn’t work with my own internet connection when it is already private?
Get this error still, been getting it since launch, used to happen alot on death in raids, now happening randomly, happened after valtan died few days ago, just happened after completed snowpang.
All that program did for me was make it so I couldn’t log into the game at all. I’m not sure what’s going on but support should have had the issue solved by now assuming the people working support have any actual idea as to what they are doing rather than trying the shotgun approach to solving technical problems.
This is so infuriating that this issue has persisted for so long (since launch) and nothing has been actually done to solve it on Amazon’s side. I stand by my statement that SG should have gotten Kakao to publish the game for them in the west, for all their faults their support at least actually understands and knows how to support games. Never had an issue with getting support for BDO before PA bought the rights to publish in the west back.
(It’s not any one person’s fault Chiavette, so the second part of this isn’t directed towards you, Amazon clearly isn’t doing anything to help their support team solve these issues and it’s sad. I hope you guys get the tools and leadership you NEED to solve these serious issues in the future.)
UPDATE
Just a few things I learned is that some of these error codes are common when you’re internet cuts out from time to time. However, I don’t have this issue when playing other games and never had this issue previously when my internet cuts out for a second when playing lost ark.
So even for a fraction of a second if your internet cuts out, this happens now.
I’m not sure this is true because I heard some people have this happen when on stable internet or even using a different computer while playing. Not sure but something has to be figured out. Too many players are crashing and losing the valuable aura of resonance and chaos/guardian/raid entries just because there is no working fix for this issue. And it’s been like this for ages!
Ever since last maintenance I’ve been getting booted with this error approximately every hour. This is extremely frustrating… I quite literally cannot get anything done without losing rewards.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue similar to the one on this thread but I heavily suggest against replying on top of older posts in order to avoid having yours overlooked.
