I am getting the following error when I try to purchase punika pass on my existing char

Hope you’re doing good :sunny:

For now, if you try to purchase a power pass, you’ll see an error message and you won’t be able to complete the purchase.

Allow us some time to get it checked and I’ll come back with an update/workaround as soon as I get any.

We will keep you informed of any developments regarding this problem.

i start today on us server and got the same issue with the Bern pass for my all my new characters (3) Error L30000. It s not only with the punika pass for existed players.
