Error sound without information

When I open the game, the anti-cheat loads, and after that, the Lost Ark splash screen appears, when it finishes loading, I listen to an error sound but no text or error window appears. Even though the game does not open, I can see the game on the task manager.

Thank you so much for sharing the troubleshooting you have done so far.

If verifying Steam Integrity files doesnā€™t work you can also verify the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within Lost Ark:

  1. Open Lost Ark in your Steam Library.
  2. Right click on Lost Arkā€™s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
  3. Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
  4. Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
  5. Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup Lost Ark or Current Game is the selected game.
  6. Press Repair Service.
  7. Restart your Computer.

Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persist.

Iā€™m so sorry you still have problems lauching Lost Ark after you made these troubleshooting.

The next detail we need to verify is related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6):

  1. Open Windows settings.
  2. Go to your Network&Internet section.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings.
  4. Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
  5. Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  6. Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
  7. After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files .
  8. Re-launch Lost Ark.

A. Fist we need to ensure your video drivers are up to date.To determine which video card you have:

  1. Press Windows + R, type ā€œdxdiagā€ into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  2. Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section.
