Error : Stuck on loading - gorgon's nest

Hello,
i tried to go into grogon’s nest and i’m now stuck during the loading page to enter on the dungeon.
Even after reboot the game, connect another character, if i tried to connect my character, i’m stuck again during the loading.

Can you unstuck my character ?

I have successfully relocated the character to a safer place for you. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access it now.
