Error to log with specific char

In a certain part of the game, right after the King defeated a demonic buffalo,
I had an error when I went to cross to the next map
and I can’t log in with this character anymore…
I have a print of the error if you want.
Has anyone had this same error?
I’ve tried to log in with other characters and it connects normally.
Only this char in specific that does not log.

This is the message that i got:
CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER. EXITING THE GAME

same error code can be doing ANYTHING and it hits … managed to play for 2 hours and got 2 errors before the server came down…
