Hello! We’ve all seen the thousands of threads, I won’t go into their details. We know there are issues.
I think the EU Central server needs a specific dev only thread where updates are posted often about current actions. And this is updated several times a day by CM/Dev etc.
I shouldn’t have to spend 30-60 mins shifting through the Dev Tracker to maybe find something relevent to EU Central when it’s the only data center with huge, significant, on-going issues where paying customers are losing out on goods they are paying for.
I understand all the EU team are over worked right now, I can’t bein to imagine the stress, but the communication issue is very clear when you look on the forums right now. And I see your posts dotted around replying to random threads but there needs to be a centralised resource for updates on the very severe issues occuring with your paying customers.
There is no major post in the Official News section in regards to EU Central, there is no update as to why for several days the aura and matchmaking and shop are so messed up. There’s no information on exactly when things are going to happen (there was a dev post at the start of last week suggesting a patch for this week?). It’s all very confusing - I’d love to server hop but time invested pre-launch was too much and the fact I’d love all store purchases when making a new character is devestating.
I think a central place for Region Specific issue information would be massively beneficial.
As a note, I’ve been trying to play the game during non-queue periods (pre-10am and post 2am) and I have been suffering with both Aura, Shop and Matchmaking issues making dailies impossible.
