EU Central & West - Region is closed and cannot be selected

Hello Support,

I can’t play at all - the game only allows me to select US servers and I’ve never touched those before. I have characters on both EU central and EU West.
So, staring ~ an hour ago I see the following when I try to select either (I was able to log in just fine after the patch today):

I’ve went around the forums and read what I could find before adressing my issue. Here is what I tried this far:

  • Restarted and reran the Lost Ark Client multiple times.
  • “Verify integrity of game files…” in Steam
  • Restarted router;
  • Restarted PC;
  • Repaired anti cheat service (ran *\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat as admin and hit “repair service”.

Nothing helps… I haven’t done any software installs, network configuration changes or anything to my PC/network since this afternoon when everything was running fine.

I hope for a prompt response & resolution. Do let me know if you require any additonal info.

EDIT: Am I banned or something? I tried connecting on my neighbor’s WI-FI from the same PC and I was given the option to connect to EU Central/West…

I think you kick, like me… But i’m not a bot too. I’ve just use a vpn to fix [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT].
But du to lantecy, i’m come back on my ISP, and get kick of gardian raid twice… so… BAN…

I’ve never used VPN while playing Lost Ark (and I don’t think I’ve ever seen this G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT error before), so not sure if related.

It’s not a mistake, it’s the advice from DEV on this topics who was closed today.

I’m not a bot, I’m not a hacker, i’m not a tricker. I’ve just spend 200H+ of my time since 10 days.
