The game unplayable i cant do my dailies or chaos/raids/abyss without logging on at 2am. They havent even bothered to acknowledge the servers are screwed up.

They have acknowledged it several times. They’re aware of the issue and are looking into fixing it.

No they are not. They are waiting to see how many players leave for Elden Ring next weekend. Then they’ll adjust - if needed.

You reckon they’d do that? And even if they did, how many people do you think will be kind enough to buy another product published from AGS? I think people’s charm for AGS has run out after New World and Lost Ark.

Nah it was a joke. I doubt they’ll do that. They already opened another EU region. I’m pretty sure the issues we experience is getting a lot of attention.
Opening a new region was the easy way out for them if you ask me. After a week or two the answer I’m expecting we’ll start to get is something from the sort of “We opened Europe West region, but we cannot force people to move over there.” and so on and so on. I do hope my expectations are completely wrong and devs finally address the issues we’ve been dealing with pretty much from the start tho.

In EU West everything is fine. No issues with dailys, matchmaking or queues. Just saying. 
I gave up my progress in EU Central and started over. And without queues and everything is working (e.g. Matchmaking) I will have the same as before in no time.

Invested a lot in my character and farming. Surely won’t go around again farming T1 mats when I’m almost getting in T2

Yup, the game is unplayable.
They dont care , they are literally waiting for ppl to leave , 2 week in a row , every goddamn evening was laggy as hell , couldn’t do a solo chaos dungeon bcs servers are fucked by how many ppl try to play, and their fix is to wait. You can’t say EUW was a solution , after 2 weeks no one wants to start over.

Yeah. I got your point. However, you will always farm something in this game. It’s designed to be like this.

I see a lot of people in EU west with Platinum Skins. So, I guess a lot already started over there
Yep, had 101 hours on EUC, lvl50, 650 iLVL. Packs and Twitch items redeemed.
Ive gone across to EUW already. No queues on the highest server, still has a healthy chat and not nearly as spam-filled as any other server ive played on.
Matchmaking works perfectly, no issues grouping up for Chaos Dungeons, Abyssal Dungeons etc.
On top of that, whilst i dont think the ‘compensation’ is that good, the 10 day login bonus is actually really good. 500k silver instantly, tons of rapport items, free 14 day premium, a 10k rapport item at the end and 500 Aura Of Resonance in potions on day 10.
Sure, its annoying starting over but at best, you had a weeks progress.
In the long run, thats NOTHING. Most people spent more times in queues than playing this week and every day they spend further complaining about Queues/Matchmaking when Amazon provided a fix (Whether its a great fix or not is debatable) is just on them at this point IMO.

You can’t get your two power passes though if you already used them on EUC right? As that’s really making it no worth
No you dont which is annoying having to go through the early story grind.
But think of it like this.
As much as people want Amazon to ‘do something’ and ‘communicate’, theyve said multiple times. They CAN NOT increase server capacity any more than what it is now, its not possible. (And yeah, maybe it is possible if they sling money at the problem but theyve said thats not happening)
So, yeah, its annoying AF. Its piss poor management and lack of care in their product, we can all admit that and call it out for what it is.
That being said, am i gonna sit in a queue for 6 hours just to play a game that is broken because of the matchmaking system being overloaded?
Whilst its annoying, i just decided id rather just play on a new server that doesnt have those issues anymore.

Why would have 650 when you can go from 600 straight to 920?
In the 70 hours I’ve got, I’ve probably queued for 10, and leveled 2 chars on 2 different servers on EU Central, and I can’t buy myself a powerpass on EU West because of some weird “pay to win restriction on west” thing. It’s already a week into the game, the powerpass should become purchesable so I can at least pay for the incompetence and start anew on EU West, going through leveling again is not something I am willing to do.
