can confirm that zinnerville is filled with spanish trolls and every 10 minutes spanish ppl are fighting with everybody on chat since “they don’t speak brexit”
if you haven’t redeemed founder pack yet i suggest to avoid zinnerville i hear the new servers are more chill and english speaking
Dude. Same thing on Kadan. Exactly same story. Whole europe is able to communicate in english in Area channel, but spanish players are trolling and pushing their language.
If everyone starts talking their own language in the general chat it will be chaos…
Either they need to create “specific language” channels for people based on client language or just enforce using english in chat. It is really ruining the experience of the game for everyone.
If people are trolling, you can report them for chat violations.

Kadan area chat its just spanish trolling with everyone for not speaking english.
Its not even game related at all, thy’re not communicating in they’re language they’re proud of “taking over” the server…
Asta seems to be mainly german. I hate it, I cannot understand a single word they keep spamming in the global chat. Is speaking English in an MMO that you play with multiple people from different languages, THAT HARD?
By nudging yourself into your own little corner of I’ll only speak my native language in this game, you bassicly EXCLUDE all of the people that do not speak your language, that’s pretty rude imo.
ESPECIALLY since there are no official languages per server.
I KNOW 90% of the people that are only chatting in their native language, can speak and understand English perfectly fine, they just CHOOSE not to.
i am sorry for you. Asta ist the server the german communitys decided beforehand to gather on. As a solution to AGS not declairing server main languages. How it all works out we will see in the coming weeks.

So does anyone have decent ideas on what Slen, Sceptrum and Procyon are generally language split wise? I know it will vary based on what people have seen in chat day-to-day of course but want to get some indication
Yup. Saw a punch of them just spam “NNNNN” with the little squiggly line on top just to spam up the chat.
I blocked 30 or so of them, yet for every one you block, three seem to take their place.
I mean, I am not from England, yet I am capable of communicating in English – as are most other Europeans. Why is there a need to sh*t up the chat with complete nonsense just because?

Gonna be honest with you dude, it’s almost impossible to report all of them. As I said, I block 30, 90 take their place. I just wanna enjoy the community and find people to play with.

No its not rude. If u followed reddit or this forum it was pretty clear. The german community decided to go on asta to play with other germans and make Asta the unofficial german server. So obv. we’re talking in german and like u already said 90% of the chat is actually german.
That does not mean nobody is answer you if u ask in english, but if you want to read just english you should probably go to kadan or zinnervale (well in theory).

None of those links will be valid after Friday when the free to play starts. It’s a shame AGS decided against putting suggested language tags on servers.

I think things will settle down with time, just remember to always report spammers that obviously are just typing nonsense to clog up the chat. The language wars are kinda fun tbh. Just a few minutes ago all the germans on wei started speaking in german to protest the spanish spamming n
