Not being able to matchmake is slowing down game progress considerably when compared to our NA counterparts, it is insane that this problem even exists but whats more insane is the way they are trying to fix it by making people change servers with close to 0 incentive. Us not being able to play the game due to company and developer oversight is not right and the players, being robbed of any sort of multiplayer exp and not being able to join the game outright due to queue times, should be compensated as such. It is crazy to think that a company as big as amazon would make this blunder AGAIN after what happened with New World… Let’s not talk about how this is a 4 year old game and the option to transfer chars from 1 region to another doesn’t exist. The game is very enjoyable but issues with matchmaking and insane queues are making it near unplayable for us in EU, and thats just not fair. Fix your shit and compensate the players ASAP or there won’t be an EU community to speak of.
