same here. trying for the 12 time to get into the game
i tried 100 times so far… any i was playing., but got kicked… so makes it more annoying…

wait you got kicked out? that sucks much, sorry about that. I ordered the founder edition and played to days prior and had a lot of fun with the game and its a bit…unsettling to say it nicely…that i cant even get into the game. i know its many players but well… i cant play during the night, i have work the next days. i always play at prime time.
I’ve been in a queue on Zinnervale (started playing there on day 1 of early access) since 11:30AM UTC this morning. I was in roughly 24,000th position at that time, now after 3.5hr or so, I am 11400ish in the queue. This is insane…
Hopefully something can be done about it soon because I want Lost Ark to succeed but these issues will turn away quite a few people from playing the game.

oh that’s terrible they need to have a 5 min hold off if you are not back in that time is fine… so you dont get punished from disconnect from server as long is not your part end fault…
But it can be hard trace that but i know some games has it
You need to understand they don’t have enough money… Amazon is a so small company…they can’t buy big servers, they can’t buy additionnal servers…
You need to buy more critalline aura and more cash shop items… TO PLAY !!!
Amazon’s electricity bill is coming too GO CASH SHOP and then in a few months maybe we will be able to play the game \o/

So far its taken me 3 hours to get from 18k to 9k in the queue at Thirain.
Loosing the will atm - the game is utter brilliance but these queue times are slowly making it a chore to login.

You think 4-6 hours will do it? Trust me it’ll be a lot more than that. I’ve been queued for 5 hours so far today and I’m 13323 in queue

or maybe bet on how many players they lose due to bad queue status and other errors.
As I said, I waited for this game since I first saw it, but you are able to destroy all hopes for an enjoyable and lasting experience within 3 days. Maybe you should have asked a company which knows how to run games.
Getting the best staff means not you have a solid environment that is able to stem such a task. I am so done.
In German, there is a saying " Schuster bleib bei deinen Leisten" rephrased for AGS " Amazon stay with selling stuff"
It’s a shame that amazon can’t release a game normally.

They should start giving ppl stuff ingame as apologize, return money etc… And transfer game to other providers… they are not fit to provide any pleasing game experience at all… Waiting whole day in Q is not something that people want to do. Fake promises, fake hopes and just stealing money from people… WoW was played by far more ppl and there was never problem like this… Mby go and ask them few questions about how to properly launch a game… When i see how it turned w LostArk im rly woried about what catastrophe might come with LotR series… Mby we will see Aragorn with Lightsaber or Gandalf summoning Ironman…

very true. i was not able to play whole day.
What realy bezzels my mind is how you can set up servers without a connection cap from the beginning. If you have some kind of knowledge of RDS server and loadbalancing you cant have x connection atemps on a server that only can handle Y connections.
Im playing on US server dont have time for this. If you dont set things up right from the beginning you cant fix it afterwards.
Its like having a leeking boat and you only patch the holes. Eventually you have so many holes the boat will sink.
This has to be the worst release ever.
