We need more server, higher server capacity. And they need to lock servers like they said they would. People are still creating new characters on Zinnervale that is suposed to have been locked as i understand it. (I have been in queue for almost 8h now and im now at 1583 in queue). So having ppl i know post images where i see “Zinnervale” show 0 under the character category instead of “Cannot create” makes me worried our queues are going to be even longer.

That was your choice. Idk what kind of miracle did you expect to happen to you. If there is a Q of more then 10k you will not play today, maybe quite late in the evening.

logged in at 18h04 with a 10k queue and am now at 120 queue at 22h00 all other servers were at least at 6k back then so i thought i would log in the server where my friends are. i will play 20 minutes tonight and then go to sleep as all my friends are now off

ARE U JOKING ??? 50 euros (gold pack) for playing, yesterday servers full 16500 queue long… Today’s morning maintenance for, at least, 3 hours (we all seen 3 hours becoming 5 or 6 hours)… All players were waiting for such a game for 3 years… U had to plan a rush… No excuse… i know u’ll never payback my 50 e… but i think i’ll end all my subs to amazon’s matters.

It’s nothing less than greed. They don’t want to invest in a bigger and better server. Instead they are keeping us on our toes. It’s ridiculous and massively incompetent. It’s 5 days since pre release and they still haven’t came up with a viable solution. Increasing number of server is NOT the solution. Swap the existing servers with BIGGER servers is the solution. Amazon you got the money it’s time you do as your customers demand. It’s within your obligation to provide us with smooth gaming experience not queue experience. Ridiculous.

This has to be a joke right? Sooo let me see if i can establish a timeline here.
Friday 4 hour maintenance turned into 9 hours. Servers are full.
Saturday queues are up to 20k on certain servers, takes the average person about 4-5 hours of wait time to get in.
Sunday morning 3 hour maintenance queues are back up to 12-13k.

so, this is a real joke. letting thousands of people wait to play, some who has to work and only got a few hours per day to spend, and then wait in queue? man… i mean come on, money doesnt even matter at this point!
i think servers are enough, the problem there is something else! its not the amount of servers, its HOW FAST the servers are! think about that. iam in queue 18.000, per hour it goes down around 4k, which means, if you consider 1 hour = 3600 seconds, every second there is 1 player able to join, imagine its 2 players per second which would reduce the waiting time about the half of it. how can a server allow only 1 player per second to join?? this is stupid. faster server = faster login, if there are 5 people per second, a queue with 18k wont matter that much, but this is just a joke. come on and FIX THIS SHIT
In Neria actually the queue is around 18-25k of queue xD how is possible? seriously…when we could play with this situation???
