It seems that a bunch of them are “cannot create” - I’m well aware of the recent server issue that was present.
But, my question is - there was a list with servers that got locked and I didn’t notice my server on it when that was announced. - Sceptrum.
But I see now that pretty much all headstart servers are “cannot create”
was all the servers added to the locked list?
Question can be boiled down to - is Sceptrum locked for new players ?
