please give some more incentives for people to change to EU West servers. It simply does not have enough benefits for the most people to switch, I already played more than 60h on Slen since I started with the founders pack, completing adventurers tomes and getting mokoko seeds without forgetting any. I dont want to do that again only due to queue times. I can imagine that there are people with way more hours before you added the new servers.
My problem is not the level loss, but the progress regarding rapport, quests and stronghold progress. I invested my time to such things, and it would be too tidous to do that again.
Furthermore, the loot drops from Twitch and other stuff is not available again. Its just silly to pay money for the same content (2 pets, 1 mount) that I would already have under normal circumstances, if I would not have to switch the server.
The only valid and useful solution would be server transfers. Or way better incentives for people like me. Right now, I dont see any changes in queue times so far, which shows me that I am right.
Indeed. With all the stuffs linked with the account, they could simply give away a powerpass for free to players that hit Vern on EU-C already. I already completed a lot of collectibles globally, but I could still deal with that if they AT LEAST spared us the questing and leveling part
oh and regarding the server transfer, please just inform yourself a little bit. It’s written like EVERYWHERE that the game is not designed to allow server transfer
I am aware of it already, but you never know what time can bring, so I actually wont stop to hope. Moreover, In the long run it will definitely be necessary. Now the hype is big, but give it some time and there will be underpopulated servers like its usual in such games.
honestly, reasoning as a company, I won’t spend a cent to build such a system when you can just simply give players a powerpass which is COSTLESS for the company and it’s a HUGE incentive for players to switch.
Yes, but if you bought stuff like skins, mounts, pets etc., it will still not be enough. Moreover I think that stuff like a powerpass is the vein of F2P games, so in the long run it would be better to invest an amount of money to create it and even maybe sell it like in other games, instead of loosing a way bigger and more sustainable income by giving content for free. My opinion.
Who says they have to give stuffs away for free on the long run? I’m saying that giving players that already have an account with the Vern quest done on EU-C should earn a powerpass ticket to encourage player switch to EUW, and this should be a TEMPORARY THING to help with this awful server situation
This would not be a solution for me. I did not rush to level 50, I spent my time doing quests and collectibles, rapport and stronghold. This is way more tidious than leveling up quickly.
Well, just because it’s not a good solution for you, that doesn’t mean it’s not a good solution at all. I already collected half the mokoko, did a lot of islands and general collectibles, and done Vern (pushing 2 characters to gear 480/500), but I will deal with doing everything again if AT LEAST they could provide me a character near the point where I was on the previous server. I think that’s reasonable instead of asking a whole new transfer system, wtf
Just created a character on EU-W, and as a founder i didn’t received all the stuffs, only pet, skin & that’s it. All the leveling chest rewards are missing and other stuffs, wtf !!! Can be checked, same nickname like here.
Sadly they updated moments ago that cross region transfers will never be possible :(( only if you will want to transfer inside the same region to another server.
Dude you are willing to repeat 50 hours but I assure that the majority does not want to. Running around the map to click on seeds and talking with rapport npcs is nothing that people would enjoy doing again, maybe for you its okay but for the most people its not.
So it’s not a good solution for a lot of people = its not a good way in general. Additionally, I paid money for the founders pack and this included to start earlier. If i have to restart now, what was the purpose?
Since they confirmed that it’s not gonna happen trans-region, at least your solution would fit for some players, but still justifies my complains
They know. They have the data. They know not enough people have migrated and while they have no solution to the overload of the servers they dont seem to be eager to offer compensation or enough incentives for migration which is odd.
The problem is the more time it passes people invest more time and money on EU central so the time to act is now.
Exactly. The west servers came too late, they had to implement them when the game turned to F2P, the servers were already overcrowded during the founders pack days. They could have prolonged that period till new servers were available instead of putting the situation worse by opening the gates for the F2P people
