EU West Stuttering

Hi,
When me and my guild moved on the EU West server there was some stuttering that we experienced. This same stuttering is not happening in EU Central.
How can we resolve it as it’s nightly inconvenient for us to move to EU West with this issue ?

We think it’s possible due to slightly higher latency in the EU West.

Is this possible ?

Sorry to hear about this stuttering after transferring to EU West.

As you mentioned this may be because of the region and servers that you’re connecting to, as latency may increase if the servers are farther away from you.

Just to confirm, this is happening to all of the people on your guild, right? How bad is the stuttering?

Thank you for the quick response.

It’s happening for all of us. It’s like dropping 1-2 frames every 5 sec. We notice it when in combat or walking in a strait line. We are using different internet connections and our ping is 47-63 ms. this in our opinion good ping even that it’s not like in EU Central 33 ms. We did try testing the network connections and settings before I decided to write in the forums.

After checking out the forums for a bit I found two threads that have several fixes for the constant stuttering:

I’m sorry you’re having issues with stuttering on EU west servers.

Unfortunately this is a known issue and rest assure this should be addressed in the upcoming patch.

ive just logged on and can confirm it is stuttering on 2 servers i play on on the EUW region
