I randomly have ping spikes that started from the last patch. Is it only me?

no i have it too since the maint before but didnt affect my gameplay at all sometimes i see my ping like 200 -400 but nothing lags , its weird

i have been getting ALOT of rubber banding. where like im way out of an attack. and bam it strikes me. its happened alot since patchday quite frustrating
