Continuing the discussion from Information regarding the upcoming server merges:
@Sandovall to get an idea of the difference in size how much data is in EUC region compared to EUW / SA?
would love to see how far it’s come on a progress bar style kinda view XD are we talking 20% or 80%?
as always euc is getting least attention . and as euc player im very dissapointed
most populated region YET we get treated the WORST.
I don’t have a pizza-hut style loading bar available, but the when some of the early morning regions were opening, the merge scripts on Europe Central were just reaching about the half way mark – so significantly more data is being worked through.
PLEASE keep in mind the above comment is not an indicator or accurate point of data to estimate how long Europe Central merges will take, as there are additional steps required to complete the merges and validate all of the work that is taking place, and these will take different amounts of time. We’ll keep providing updates to when things are opening up. Just thought it was an interesting note to share with OP!
When will EU get their own reset & maintenance times?
Having more data to transfer and Europe Central taking longer to open isn’t a result of different treatment of the region; the Europe Central region in game by far has the most significant amount of player and server data to work through with these merges due to it’s high population and active playerbase, so it will naturally take more time to complete.
I am well aware that it takes longer BUT you could’ve started it earlier for EUC so we don’t miss a full day on a BIG patch.

I know this might sound crazy to you but there’s something called “Criticism” and it’s not “negative andies”
Truth can hurt sometimes and even come off as “negative”. If they wouldn’t do bad decisions over bad decisions, there would be no need for all of this. If i would work like that I would have lost my job 100 times over…
If only it was possible to start like… earlier. I mean, this is mentioned every maintance, but when will They learn that Europe should have a different schedule? Logic behind Lost Ark west release is pretty terrible. No to mention the services provided with it. 
So NA not getting merge but getting rewards and we get a little bit dog toy losing a HUGE DAY?
Good to know the politics of this company to fuck over the greatest playerbase they have!
But most important is that the US Players are getting the same compensation as we do even if they could play normally and we are waiting!
So, if we represent the highest population for your game, why you dont fit maintenances to EU timezones since we are the most affected? That’s why we said we are “Second Class Customers,” because even representing the highets population of your playerbase, we still get fcks by maintenances because of yours schedules
Is there a bigger picture or a specific reason that we normies don’t see, as to why you guys decided to do server meges on the same day as a class release and new legion raid release? Just sounds awfull even just thinking about that idea…
ok. but if the maintenance can last longer than other regions, which is understandable, why can’t it be started earlier than other regions?
They work for whales/streamers on NA. So they dont care about casual/normal players on EUC.
