After yesterdays update , my royal crystals balanace went to 0. it’s been 24h since I’ve contacted support. anyway I can speed up the process ?
I’m in the same spot did a post and still no luck, just a litle player base with this problem.
I saw a guide on steam that you can try, turn off and on steam overlay (opening 2x game) and reinstaling steam. But did not work for me 
yeah, It didnt work for me aswell. thanks for the tip tho. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed. Even if it affects a small player base, it should be resolved ASAP , imagine buying royal crystals and not having them.
Small update . They believe a pack purchace has been reversed ( which I didnt do ). so that’s why they removed the royal crystals.
