Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Currently there is no issue with EUC servers you should be able to login and play with your characters.
I want to thank @SilkRider97 for sharing the solution that helped them fix this problem, here’s the troubleshooting mentioned and some extra steps you can try as well:
- Please run the Steam file check to discard corrupted files.
- This issue could be related to a packet loss problem, if you are playing with wireless please try by playing with a wired connection.
- If is possible please try to play using another internet connection (such as a mobile hotspot) just to discard and see if you still experiencing a high ping with a different internet connection.
Please make sure your video drivers and Windows are in the last update.
