Since F2P launch I have tried to play
I managed to connect to South America region and play the initial part but then crashed out
I am in UK, My steam account is set for UK, however both Europe regions are unavailable every time I try to connect
Currently Central is Currently Closed and even though I can select west Europe it says I cannot access. what is wrong?

Thank you for your report about the Europe servers.
Right now there are 3 servers ready at Europe Central
Europe West is not ready so far.

The issue is I cannot select the region, let alone any server
it tells me
Managed to get to Europe West, selected a server but it kicked me out with no error
now i try to re-open game and it does this!!!

Im sorry for the issue you currently have. Looks like the server is not updating the information, and for the server you are still in game, even you are not.
Just close the Steam client run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
Wait for 25 minutes then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.

Please provide all the information requested on the web ticket form as well character name, server and world name you are and the link for this post.

Im sorry for the issue.
Make sure you are not using a VPN.
Did you try to uninstall the game and reinstall it?
If not, please follow the instructions above in order to request a web ticket and do an investigation about your case.
