Items in second founder’s pack should to be tradeable. Otherwise EUW will never have any platinum skin, pet or mount in AH ever. Everyone has claimed those packs in old region, so there are none in EU West. This could make EU West undesirable for collectors.
I mean I can get two in old region and then buy rest over time, when people get bored of them. But in EU West that is not an option. Unless those platinum skins will be in store for limited time like they have been in other regions?
