Unfortunately this change was made as we found an unintentional error that allowed players to collect large quantities of account-wide Crystalline Aura as a part of the event, which was implemented with the intention of support player progression within the new region. Because of this, the choice was made to reconfigure the rewards list.
There will not be action taken against players that obtained these Auras (no bans/suspensions) but these items will be removed.
So they got their gems and multiple times, and so regular players won’t profit in anyway of these gems? @Roxx
It’s really disappointing. I’ve over 180h on EUC, decided to move on EUW for also this reward, and that’s how you do us…

I meant that players which didn’t abuse this: would get also the 500 gems or won’t.
You going to remove them but what if they spent it on cash shop items like skin boat, marni shop etc? You wouldn’t be able to remove them their things.
So they basically profited from it, and US players who didn’t got this reward are just here looking dumb.
Don’t you think that it would be at least logical to replace it with something of same value?
You baited us on going on a new server, then made a mistake, and to fix your mistake you punish ALL players.

Will the team at least put some better rewards on the login event instead then? The rewards really do not feel like incentive enough to start over on without the 2 big bits(aura and gems). As those big incentives are gone players like me who start over and lose everything I had on eu central now have almost no incentive to move to eu west other than no queues.
So basically you punish legit euw players for an exploit that was mainly used by euc players and was only in the game because you as publisher did not think about it?
I mean I am not affected by this situation since im a EUC player but seeing how you handle this situation is AGAIN punishing against the player…

Hey @Roxx I hope this won’t affect people who bought Royal Crystals, turned them into Blue Crystals and bought Crystal Aura using this currency. I don’t want my 3 months of Crystal Aura being taken away ‘by mistake’.
I have bought 2100 RC, bought the lvl50 Crystal box (the one where you get 2600 crystals) on EUC. Since I moved to EUW I just used the blue crystals on EUC account to buy Crystal Aura for entire account.
I must be honest here, it feels like a massive stab in the back to me speaking as someone who took the plunge 2 days ago and left everything on EUC. I looked upon those additional log in rewards as basically a thank you / sweetener for swapping.
But thanks to absolute Gits these have gone! Sad state of affairs in my eyes to the legit players who moved.

…or just you know, give us pet chests. This would save them the headache of finding a way around rewarding with crystals that apparently can be abused.
We changed to EUW because “amazon games” couldn’t fix the server problems.
Now we get log-in rewards that are worth less, then what we were promised, again because “amazon games” made a mistake.
I think you should start thinking how you’re treating your playerbase, and maybe give us some goodies, because as it is 1 more “mistake” and people will just leave, even if the game is great.
I blame myself paying for a headstart that ended up being in reality a delay, made worst by false promises.

They banned me from the forum after posting these messages and now next update they going to give more rewards…
I guess atleast it worked somehow and getting banned wasn’t meaningless for me.
